Many patients either do not have insurance or have flexible spending accounts.
We offer a 35% discount on all cash (& credit card) paying patients.

Most visits will either be low or moderate complexity.
Allergy testing: each test $5 (the number of tests
can be customized per patient)
Our standard panel consists of 60
tests (this may be less depending on what season your symptoms are present.)
Indoor allergy panel is 10 tests
(i.e. cat, dog, dust mite).
Food panel consists of a number of
different panels.
Many cases we would want to do the
full panel to identify the offending allergen. If allergy shots are not an
option being considered, then the indoor allergy panel may be sufficient.
Allergy Immunotherapy (allergy shots): see patient
education for explanation of allergy immunotherapy.
Most patients require 1-2 vial(s) of
extract.
Build up phase: Each vial $100
+$180 shot administration fee (approx 10 shots)
Maintenance phase: Vial (10
doses- one dose given every 1-3 weeks): $110 +$180 shot administration fee
(10 shots)
(if more than one vial is needed then the administration fee is only $220
(not 2 times $180)
-Administration fee can also be paid at the time the
shot is given: $18 for one shot or $22 for more than one.
Asthma evaluation/cough/recurrent wheezing:
spirometry- $37
some patients require testing pre and
post use of a bronchodilator- $62
